Abstract：Theecologicalprotectionredlinerefers tothekeyecologicalfunctionalareas，ecologicalenvironmentsnsitive areas，and fragileareasdesignated inaccordance withrelevantlawsandregulations in China.Conductinganecological environmentimpactassessmenton limitedhumanactivities withintheecological protectionredlineaimsto strengthen management within thered line，avoid damage totheecological environmentcausedby limited humanactivities，and achieve cordination betweenregional constructionand developmentand natural ecological environment protection.This environmental impactassessmentof limited humanactivities within thered lineis basedonthespecific engineeringof limited humanactivities，clarifying theecologicalenvironmental impactassessmentideas，standardizing siteselection analysis，constructionandoperationstageenvironmentalimpactanalysis ithintheecologicalprotectionredline，providing abasisforthefinalresponsemeasures，efectivelyprotectingthestabilityoftheecologicalenvironment withintheecological protection red line，and providing support for building a strict ecological environment control system.
