摘 要：蝦類(lèi)預(yù)制菜是一類(lèi)受歡迎的便捷食品，其生產(chǎn)與質(zhì)量控制關(guān)系著產(chǎn)品的安全性和口感品質(zhì)。本文介紹了蝦類(lèi)預(yù)制菜的定義和種類(lèi)，分析了蝦類(lèi)預(yù)制菜的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，并對(duì)蝦類(lèi)預(yù)制菜的各方面質(zhì)量控制策略進(jìn)行探究，為更好地推進(jìn)蝦類(lèi)預(yù)制菜的發(fā)展提供助力。

Production and Quality Control of Prefabricated Shrimp Dishes

Abstract： Prefabricated shrimp dishes are a kind of popular convenient food， its production and quality control are related to the safety and taste quality of the products. This paper first introduces the definition and types of prefabricated shrimp dishes， then analyzes the production process of prefabricated shrimp dishes， and then explores the quality control of all aspects of prefabricated shrimp dishes， in order to better promote the development of prefabricated shrimp dishes.
