食品生產(chǎn)加工環(huán)節(jié)安全問題研究

摘 要：食品與人們的生活緊密相連，食品安全是人們獲得安全感的重要渠道。目前，我國食品生產(chǎn)加工環(huán)節(jié)還存在著諸多問題，相關(guān)人員需要透過這些問題，分析造成這些問題的原因，從而進(jìn)行針對性完善與優(yōu)化，從根本上杜絕食品安全問題，實(shí)現(xiàn)食品安全的持續(xù)與穩(wěn)定，讓人們真正吃得放心、吃得開心。

Research on Safety Issues in Food Production and Processing

Abstract： Food is closely related to people’s lives， and food safety is an important channel for people to gain a sense of security. At present， there are still many problems in the food production and processing process in China. Relevant personnel need to analyze the causes of these problems through these problems， and carry out targeted improvement and optimization to fundamentally eliminate food safety issues， achieve sustained and stable food safety， and make the people truly feel at ease and happy to eat.
