Abstract:Inthefieldofmodemindustrialcontrol,constanttemperatureheatingtableshaveatractedmuchatentiondueto theirexceletfunctionsandwideaplications.Inordertomeetthetechnicalrequirementsofrapidheatingandconstant temperatureoftheheating table,thispaperdesignsanaluminumsubstrateconstanttemperature heating tablebasedonfuzzyPID control.TheArduinoNanomicrocontrllerisusedasthecontrolchip,withaworkingvoltageof24V.Athermistorisusedt obtainthetemperatureoftheheatingtable,andthepoweroftheheatingresistoriscontroledbychangingthedutycycleof the pulsewidthmodulationoutputthroughthefuzzyIDcontrolertomaintaintemperaturestabilityThroughexperimentandtesting, theheatingtablehasfastresponsivenessstabilty,andanti-interferenceperformance,lowcost,highsensitity,highpractical value,and demonstration and promotion value.
