Abstract:Withtherapiddevelopmentoftherailtransitindustry，mechanicalobstacledetectiondevicesarebecomingmore andmorewidelyusedassafetycomponentsofdriverlesstrainsduetotheirsimpleworking principle,highstabilityandature technology.However,thetraditionalmetalobstacledetectiondevicesarenotsuitableforthedevelopmentneedsoftherailtransit industryduetotheirlargeweight,lowfatigueresistance,andlowinstalltionandmaintenancecosts.Inthispaper，theauthors usetheadvantagesofcompositematerialstocarryoutastructural-functionalintegrationdesignforthemetalobstacledetection deviceusedinadomesticmodel,whichreducestheoverallweightandimprovestheservicelifeoftheproductunderthe circumstanceofguaranteingitsstrengthandsiffnessunchanged,andprovidesanewdesignideaforthelightweightdesignof the rail transport components.
