Abstract:Inthelarge-areaautomaticspraying technologyofcivillargeaircraftsurfaces,inviewofthefactthatthesurface areatobesprayedoftheaireraftisverylargeandtherepeatedpositioningacuracyoftheaireraftsparkingpositionisnot high,basedon3Dmeasurementandpositioningtechnologymarkpointsarecalibratedatspecificpostionsofthelargeaireat., measureheaireraftofset,adjusttherobotsprayingtrajectoryacordingtotheofset，andzonetheaircraft，thereycopleting theautomaticzoningpaintingoftheoutersufaceofthelargeaircraft.Thispaperfocusesonintroducingthemechanical structure ofthesprayingsystem，3Dmeasurementandpositioning method,thecompositionoftherobotsprayingsystemandtherealization method of the control system,and verifies them with experimental data.
