50</sub>/LD<sub>50</sub> 數(shù)據(jù),結(jié)合田間推薦用藥量進(jìn)行初級(jí)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: 15% 虱螨脲懸浮劑、 20% 噻蟲嗪·虱螨脲懸浮劑、 30% 蟲螨腈·虱螨脲懸浮劑和 12% 阿維菌素·虱螨脲懸浮劑對(duì)七星瓢蟲的 LR<sub>50</sub> 分別為 >100 、59.79、1.14、 6.21ga.i./hm<sup>2</sup> ;對(duì)稻螟赤眼蜂的 LR<sub>50</sub> 分別為 1.29,1.58,0.44,3.32ga.i./hm<sup>2</sup> ;對(duì)意大利蜜蜂的經(jīng)口 LD<sub>50</sub> 分別為35.470、0.022、3.330、 0.080μga.i./ 蜂,毒性等級(jí)分別為低毒、高毒、中毒、高毒;對(duì)意大利蜜蜂的接觸 LD<sub>50</sub> 分別為 >100 、0.026、1.390、 0.004μg a.i./蜂,毒性等級(jí)分別為低毒、高毒、高毒、高毒。風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估結(jié)果顯示, 15% 虱螨脲懸浮劑僅對(duì)赤眼蜂農(nóng)田內(nèi)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)不可接受, 20% 噻蟲嗪·虱螨脲懸浮劑對(duì)七星瓢蟲風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可接受, 30% 蟲螨晴·虱螨脲懸浮劑在農(nóng)田外場(chǎng)景下對(duì)七星瓢蟲風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可接受, 12% 阿維菌素·虱螨脲懸浮劑在農(nóng)田外場(chǎng)景下對(duì)七星瓢蟲和稻螟赤眼蜂風(fēng)險(xiǎn)均可接受。綜上,建議在植物花期內(nèi)應(yīng)盡量避免使用虱螨脲復(fù)配制劑,在寄生性天敵釋放區(qū)禁止使用虱螨脲及其復(fù)配制劑,在捕食性天敵釋放區(qū)可適量使用 15% 虱螨脲懸浮劑和 20% 噻蟲嗪·虱螨脲懸浮劑。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract:Thisstudyaimstodeterminethetoxicefectsandrisksoflufenuronanditsompoundpreparationstothreeenviroental insectspeciesteicittooactfo)oellecatactdd Apis mellifera (feeding method and drip method) was tested. The median lethal rate (LR50) and median lethal dose (LD50) were calculated, and the risks were assessed with consideration to the recommended dosages in the field.Theresults showed that 15% lufenuron SC, 20% (20號(hào) thiamethoxam + lufenuron SC, 30% chlorfenapyr + lufenuron SC,and 12% avermectin + lufenuron SC had the LR50 of >100 ,59.79,14, and 6.21g a.i. ?m2 on C. septempunctata and29,58,0.44,and 3.32ga.i./hm2 on T. japonicum,respectively. The four treatmentsshowed the LD50 of 35.470, 0.022,3.330, and 0.080μg a.i./bee,respectively,foracuteoral toxicity on A .mellifera,demonstratinglow,igh,moderte, and high toxicity, respectively. The four treatments showed the LD50 of >100 ,0.026,390,and 0.004μg a.i./bee,respectively, for acute contact toxicity on A mellifera,withlow,high,high,andhigh toxicity,respectively.Theriskassessmentresultsshowedthat 15% lufenuron SC was only unacceptable for T. japonicum in the farmland, and 20% thiamethoxam + lufenuron SC was acceptable for C. septempunctata. Outside the farmland, 30% chlorfenapyr + lufenuron SC was acceptable for C? ,septempunctata, and 12% avermectin + lufenuron SC was acceptable for C. septempunctata and T. japonicum.Therefore,during the fowering period of plants,compound preparations of lufenuron shouldbavoddasuchaspoibleandthseoffenonditsompoudpreparatiosinthaseareaofasituales shouldbeprohibited.Inthereleaseareaof predatorynatural enemies, 15% lufenuron SC and 20% thiamethoxam + lufenuron SC can beused inmoderation.
