Abstract：OsIAA10playsanimportantroleinthegrowthdevelopment，andstressresponsesofrice.Tisstudyaims toexplorethe biochemicalnatureofOsIAA10.WiththecDNAof wild-type'Zhonghua11'（ZH11）plantsasthetemplate，andthecodingsequence of OsIAA10wasamplified withtheforwardandreverseprimersof pGEX-6p-1-IAA10.Then，therecombinant plasmid pGEX-6p-1- IAA10 containing OsLAAlO was obtained through vector construction and transferred into BL21 cells.After IPTG-induced expression， purification，ndGEdetection，aingleproteinbandosistentwihtheexpectatioasbaed，nditwaidtobe OsIAA10.Theiductionconditosfortheexpresioof tisproteiweretenoptized.Tesultshowedtatereatmetwith0. mmol/L IPTG at 37% for12 h were the optimal conditions for inducing the expression of OsIAA10.The research results underpin the subsequent research on the function of OsIAA10.
