Abstract:Thissdyimstoinvestigateteasociationbetweentobaccobacterialwiltseverityndrzosphremicrobialcounity structure.Tobacco plants with different disease indexes wereused as materials,and high-throughput sequencing was performed torevealtherhizosphere microbialcommunitystructure.Theresultsshowedthat increase intheseverityof tobacco bacterialwilt mildlyaffectedthebacterialphylaandgenerabutsignificantlyaffectedtheabundanceofvarious groupsofbacteria.Atthe phylum level,thediseaseseverityhadthe mostsignificantefectsonActinobacteriaandFmicutes,decreasingtheirrelativeabundnce by 16.04% and 12.68% ,respectively,while increasing the abundance of Bacteroidetes by 20.41% .At the genus level, the abundance of Burkholderceeatofccilo severityof thediseaseenhanced.Theresultsofalphaandbeta diversityanalysesshowed thattheincidenceoftobacco bacterial wilt increased the number and communitystructure diversity of rhizosphere bacteria.
