Study on Erosion-Wear Depth of Rubber Concrete Based on CloseRange Digital Photogrammetry

Abstract: [Purposes]To further refine the evaluation method for the erosion-wear resistance of concrete and comprehensively characterize the wear condition of concrete specimens,this paper proposes the erosion-wear depth as a new evaluation indicator on the basis of traditional indicators.[Methods] Taking rubberized concrete as the research subject,this study employed close-range digital photogrammetry technology on the basis of the underwater steelball method.This involved capturing images of the eroded specimen surface to compute the 3D spatial coordinates of surface points and determine the erosionwear depth after testing.[Findings] As the rubber content increased,the erosion-wear depth of rubberized concrete gradually decreased, indicating progressively enhanced erosion-wear resistance.[Conclusion] Close-range photogrammetry enables effcient and rapid acquisition of 3D spatial models for eroded specimens, significantly improving the quantitative assessment of wear conditions.
