大腸桿菌(Escherichiacoli)是一種廣泛分布于自然界、人類和動(dòng)物的革蘭氏陰性人獸共患病原菌,它不僅嚴(yán)重危害畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展,還可以通過污染的蔬菜、飲水、動(dòng)物源產(chǎn)品及其他食品導(dǎo)致食源性疾病的發(fā)生,從而威脅人類健康和公共衛(wèi)生安全[1-2];此外,大腸桿菌多重耐藥情況嚴(yán)峻,這些耐藥菌株和耐藥基因可以通過環(huán)境和食物鏈引起公共衛(wèi)生安全問題[3-4]。(剩余8025字)
