Abstract：Against thebackdropofmoderneducation，thefunctionsofcultural inheritanceandservicecariedbyvocationalcollegelibrariesarebecomingincreasinglyimportantTakingthelibrarofSnmingMedicalandPolytechnicVocationalColegeasthe researchbject，tispaperdeplyanalyesthecurrntsituationofculturalinheritanceandserviceinvocatioalcolgeliraris， whichhasimportant practicalsignificanceforgudingthereading promotionmechanism.Itpointsoutthatthecurrntreadingpromotionmechnismhasproblemssuchasaseriousimbalancebetwenpersonnelalocationandworkloadresultinginloweficiencyof readingpromotionork;tepromotionactivitiesarerelativelysingleinbothcontentandfor，makingitdfulttoatractsudents interest;andthelackofreadinggudanceservie，leavingstudents withoutefectivereadinggudane.Fromtheperspectiveofculturalinheritanceandservice，thispaperproposes targetedstrategiesandimplementationmethodssuchasinterdisciplinarypersoelintegrationanddynamicpostadjustment，inovationofactiycontentandform，andprovisionofreadingguidanceservicesThrough thesemeasuresitistoimprovetheadingpromotionmechanismofvocationalcolgelibaries，promoteculturalineritae，pro motetheallrounddevelopmentofstudents，ndenancetheservicequalityoflibrariesandthelevelofcampusculturecostruction.
