摘要：本文以高平市坪曲線（S331）非機動車道建設(shè)項目為例，著重研究在城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展中，如何在原有公路體系中構(gòu)建慢行交通體系，提高慢行交通出行的安全性，完善道路交通服務(wù)功能，美化沿線環(huán)境，從而為城鄉(xiāng)綠色發(fā)展、構(gòu)建和諧社會打下堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

Analysis of Design Points of Slow Traffic System in Urban and Rural Development

Abstract： Taking the construction project of Gaoping Pingquxian （S331） non?motor lane as an example， this paper focuses on how to build the slow traffic system in the existing highway system， improve the safety of slow?traffic travel and the road traffic service function， and beautify the environment along the line， so as to lay a solid foundation for the green development of urban and rural areas and building the harmonious society.
