聚氨酯汽車(chē)座椅發(fā)泡模具防粘涂料性能分析

摘要:為有效防止汽車(chē)座椅發(fā)泡模具與聚氨酯泡沫中的異氰酸酯形成鍵合作用,造成模具與聚氨酯泡沫之間粘結(jié),采用自制配方涂料形成脫模劑,通過(guò)該脫模劑可以將模具的損害降至最小;從而實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)約成本以及環(huán)保節(jié)能的目的,為汽車(chē)座椅營(yíng)造了良好的制作環(huán)境。

Performance analysis of anti-sticking coating for

Abstract:In order to effectively prevent the formation of a bond between the car seat foaming mold and the isocyanate in the polyurethane foamcaus the adhesion between the mold and the polyurethane foam, a self-made formulation coating is used to form a mold release agent. The mold release agent can be used to form a release agent. The damage of the car seat is minimized, so as to realize the purpose of cost saving and environmental protection and energy savingand create a good manufacturing environment for the car seat.
