Abstract：Toinvestigate theefectsof differentcolorfilmsonsoil properties，orientaltobaccogrowthandleafqualityfour treatments weresetup：noplasticfilmmulching（CK），black（T1），silver（T2）andtransparentplasticfilmmulching（T3）.estdy examinedtheirimpactsthroughouttheentiregrowthperiod.Theresultsshowedthathesoiltemperatureand moisturecontentofT1- T3 werehigherthan thosein CK，while thesoil electricalconductivitywaslower.Thecontentsof alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen， availablepospos，avlablepotassrgaicmaterinsilesigniantlyighrhantoseitertreatmentst colored plasticflmtreatmentscouldshortenthefield growth period，andtheplant growthperformance，drymateraumulation， yieldandeconomicbenefitoftobaccowerebeterthanCK.Inthe treatmentsofplasticfimmulching，T1andT3showed significantlyimproved tobacco growth and quality.Notably，T1 treatment exhibited thehighest yieldand market value，with 42.21% and 49.96% increases respectively compared to CK.T1 significantly increased the Samsonnicotine content; and achieved the highest comprehensivescore inprincipalcomponentanalysis.Insummary，theaplicationofplasticfilmmulchingcouldavoidtobaccocold damage inthearlystageofgowth，improvethesoilevironment，promotetherowthoftobaco，andimprovetheyeld，qulityand adaptabilityoforentaltobacco.Amongalteatments，blackplasticfilmmulchingdemonstratedtheoptimalcomprehensiveeffects.
