Abstract：Fermentationisacucialstepintheproductionofcigartobaccoleaves，playingapivotalrole inehancingcigartobacco leavesqualityandshapingcigarcharacterstics.However，due totherelativelylate developmentofdomesticcigartobaco production，unclear fermentation mechanismsand techniques haveconstrained fermentationqualityand product applicationof cigar tobacco.Thispaper systematicallysummarizes thecurrent stateofcigartobaccoleaves fermentation，andelaboratesonthe fundamentalandappliedresearchfiningsofcigartobaccoleavesfermentationfromtheaspectsofmechanism，influencingfactors， conventionalandcharacteristictechiques.Aditionally，suggestionsandresearchdirectionsforcigartbaccfermentationwere proposed based on practical production needs，aiming to contribute to the development of the domesticcigar industry.

自2020年國產(chǎn)雪茄煙葉開發(fā)與應(yīng)用重大專項(xiàng)啟動(dòng)以來，在國家煙草專賣局的謀劃部署和組織推動(dòng)下，行業(yè)工商研協(xié)同攻堅(jiān)，在品種、栽培、晾制、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)酵、工業(yè)發(fā)酵5大關(guān)鍵技術(shù)上取得持續(xù)突破，推動(dòng)了國產(chǎn)雪茄煙葉開發(fā)與應(yīng)用的跨越式發(fā)展。（剩余19999字）
