Abstract:Toanalyzetheectsoforganicamendmentsandfunctionalbacteriaonmicrobalcommunitiesinbacoplantingsoil,a fieldexperimentwasconductedtoexplore thesoilmicrobialcommunitybyaddingorganicamendmentsandfunctionalbacteriainto organicfertlizer.Theresultsshowedthatapplying theorganic amendmentsandbacteriaof nitrogen-fixingphosphorus-solubilzing and potassium-releasingcouldafectthestructureandcompositionofsoilmicrobialcommunities.Theapplicationof pigmanurebasedamendment with functioalbacteriaexhibitedparticularlysignificant efectonpromotingsoilnitrogen cycling,acelerating nitrogencyclingrate,andenhancingtheavailabilityofsoilphosphorusandpotasium.Thenitrogen,phosphorus,ndpotassum contents of tobacco leaves during the fast-growth period increased by 13% 40% ,and 25% ,respectively.Thecowmanure-based amendment andcarbonizedchaff displayedsignificant advantage intheamount increaseof saprotrophic fungi,which proved beneficial for the organic matter decomposition.

施肥對(duì)煙株根際微生物群落的形成及煙草生長(zhǎng)至關(guān)重要,長(zhǎng)期施用化肥會(huì)導(dǎo)致土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量下降、碳素有效率降低、微生物活性和功能多樣性降低等系列問題[1-3]。(剩余19136字)
