Abstract：Comprehensivelypromotingruralrevitalizationisamajorstrategicmeasuretosteadilyandsteadilypromotethemodernizationofruralgoverancesystemandsolvethemaincontradictioninruralsocietyinthenewra.Thekeytoitssmoothrealizatioliesn acuratelyideifigdilylviaingtpoialssinprossoceofotetalissisie promotinofruralvitalizatioiomplexsultofulti-ctorinteracohichisuctuallyndfunctioallanifestedsot tialscenariosschstsofieiintspaialsouation，eisoffluetrasfothmainoletesofself-differentiatioofvilsoeigaoseityiellietl risksintheprocssofcomprehensivelypromotingruralrevitalizationcanbebasedonthecurrntealityofChina’sruralareas.Onthis basis，wecancreateesilencespaceforthecharacteristicdevelopmentofrural goverancemodels，optiizerualifegoveanefunctionstoenhancefarmers’senseofbelonging，deepenuralorganizationconstructiontobuildaninteractiveplatformfortheoganiclink structureofdifeetgoveaneetits，ndfocusoduationsistoprovidealentprotetionfotemodezatioofiue and rural areas as the selection path.

繼2024年中央一號文件《關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用“千村示范、萬村整治”工程經(jīng)驗(yàn)有力有效推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村全面振興的意見》發(fā)布并實(shí)施以來，2025年中央一號文件《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步深化農(nóng)村改革扎實(shí)推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村全面振興的意見》繼續(xù)圍繞“鄉(xiāng)村振興”這一重大民生議題深入展開，并就如何通過接續(xù)全面推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村振興來確保農(nóng)業(yè)穩(wěn)產(chǎn)增產(chǎn)、農(nóng)民穩(wěn)步增收、農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定安寧等重點(diǎn)任務(wù)給予更加詳細(xì)的戰(zhàn)略部署和政策安排。（剩余11967字）
