Abstract：Inthenewraofapidtehnologicaldevelopment，localfiancalregulationfromtheperspectiveoffintechisofronted withnewopporunitisandchlenges，andndtepathtoteonstructionofthelegalsystmflcalfinancialsupervisiondstobe exploredurgentlyTeurentsituatiossuchsimpefecttoleveldesignofthelocalfiancialsupervisionlegalsystem，eakisk preventiomecansms，andisufnticlusivesupervision，averctedthefurterdevelopmentofteostructioofteloalfnancialsupervisionlgalstem.Basedonthis，wcanlafrotheideasoftheosructioofteeraterioialfnacialsupvision system，explorethadvantagsofycoutr’sfinancialsupervsionsystmconsructiongrasptecharacteristicsoftecostuctionof thelocalfinancialsupervisionsystem，andstart withtargetedstrategiessuchasbuldingadiversifiedocalfinancialsupervisionyte， developingfianialskpreventiotchologymprovinglocalanialsupervisionlegalmchaniss，andbalacingcalfaialsu pervisionresoucs tooenuteapproachtotheonstructionoftelocalfinancialsupervisionlegalsystemfromtheperspectiveoffinan cial technology.
