關(guān)于碳達(dá)峰碳中和目標(biāo)下推進(jìn)“公轉(zhuǎn)鐵”運(yùn)輸?shù)乃伎?/h1>

摘  要：在碳達(dá)峰碳中和背景下，文章通過(guò)分析我國(guó)交通運(yùn)輸領(lǐng)域“公轉(zhuǎn)鐵”面臨的形勢(shì)與要求，系統(tǒng)總結(jié)了“公轉(zhuǎn)鐵”運(yùn)輸存在的主要問(wèn)題，進(jìn)而提出有關(guān)對(duì)策建議，以期為更好助力碳達(dá)峰碳中和目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)提供有益借鑒。

Abstract： Based on carbon peak and carbon neutral background， the paper analyzes the situation and requirements from road to railway in the transportation field of china， and summarizes the main problems. On this basis， the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions， hoping to provide useful reference for the realization of carbon peak and carbon neutral goal.
