分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)在沙門氏菌檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:沙門氏菌是一種常見的人畜共患食源性病原體,對(duì)公眾健康構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅,影響了食品行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,已成為全球關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。本文綜述分子生物學(xué)在沙門氏菌檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用,以期為政府監(jiān)管部門及第三方檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)的研究提供參考。

Abstract: Salmonella is a common zoonotic food-borne pathogen, which poses a serious threat to public health and affects the healthy development of the food industry, and has become one of the focus of global concern. In this paper, the application of molecular biology in Salmonella detection is reviewed in order to provide reference for the research of government supervision departments and third party detection institutions.
