氣相色譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：本文綜述了氣相色譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用。通過(guò)詳細(xì)介紹氣相色譜法的原理和特點(diǎn)，重點(diǎn)闡述該方法在農(nóng)藥殘留、獸藥殘留、營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分分析等方面的應(yīng)用，分析氣相色譜法在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品檢測(cè)中存在的問(wèn)題，并對(duì)其未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行展望。

Application of Gas Chromatography in Agricultural Products Testing

Abstract： This paper reviews the application of gas chromatography in the detection of agricultural products. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of gas chromatography in detail， focuses on the application of this method in pesticide residues， veterinary drug residues， nutrition analysis and other aspects， analyzes the problems existing in the detection of agricultural products by gas chromatography， and looks forward to its future development trend.
