低碳城市試點政策對企業(yè)綠色技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的影響

Abstract： The proposal of the peak carbon and carbon neutral target has brought China's green development path to a new height.Low-carbon policies have been introduced one after another，and lowcarbon city pilot policies have begun to be implemented in various cities in China. At the same time， the international situation is becoming increasingly severe，and trade frictions are emerging one after another. Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2Oo8 to 2O2O，combined with anti-dumping data，this paper uses a double difference model to conduct a multi-dimensional empirical analysis of the efects of the low-carbon city pilot policy. The results show that the low-carbon city pilot policy has a positive impact on the green technological innovation of enterprises by easing corporate financing constraints and promoting green total factor productivity，and the positive effect is more obvious for enterprises without export behavior.At the same time，anti-dumping willinhibit the positive effect of the low-carbon city pilot policy，and the inhibitory effect on enterprises with larger export business scale is more obvious. This paper studies the impact of the low-carbon city pilot policy on corporate gren innovation from the perspective of intermational trade frictions，and provides empirical evidence and inspiration for policy evaluation from the perspective of enterprises.
