Abstract： In the digital economy era，consumer big data has entered the stage of in-depth application. More and more enterprises have established open innovation communities based on the Internet platform，enabling enterprises to innovate and develop with high quality by absorbing external knowledge. From the process perspective，this paper constructs the research model based on the theory of absorptive capacity and organizational learning，analyzes the process of knowledge absorption of open innovation community taking Xiaomi Community as an example，and applies the method of system dynamics to construct the causal model of the factors afecting the knowledge absorption capacity of open innovation community and analyze their feedback mechanism. The study found that the knowledge absorption process of open innovation community can be seen as a knowledge ecosystem composed of three stage subsystems of exploratory learning， transformational learming and developmental learning through 34 positive feedback loops from the organizational level. Employees' five abilities of knowledge acquisition，digestion，transformation，utilization and desorption are the key factors afecting the effect of knowledge absorption in open innovation communities from the individual level. Therefore， this paper provides new enlightenment for improving the knowledge absorption capacity of enterprises open innovation communities.
