青島市黃島區(qū)盲道設(shè)施實(shí)施情況調(diào)研分析

摘  要：盲道是城市里一種無(wú)障礙設(shè)施，旨在為視覺(jué)障礙者提供出行方便以及保障人身安全?，F(xiàn)以青島市黃島區(qū)城市無(wú)障礙設(shè)施建設(shè)實(shí)施利用率為基礎(chǔ)，對(duì)青島市黃島區(qū)盲道建設(shè)實(shí)施及使用情況進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)，并提出修改實(shí)施方案。

Abstract： Blind is a barrier-free facility in the city， which is designed to provide convenience and safe security for visual obstacles.
