電力巡檢圖像視頻編碼研究
摘 要:大數(shù)據(jù)背景下,每天需要處理海量的圖像數(shù)據(jù),這導(dǎo)致圖像信息的存儲面臨巨大挑戰(zhàn)。大量學(xué)者就圖像視頻編碼技術(shù)進(jìn)行相關(guān)研究。文章梳理這些編碼算法,同時提出在電力巡檢這一特殊背景下,傳統(tǒng)的圖像視頻編碼方式?jīng)]有考慮故障監(jiān)測端可能是故障識別算法,而不再是人眼視覺的局限性。

Abstract: In the context of big data, massive amounts of image data need to be processed every day, which leads to huge challenges in the storage of image information. A large number of scholars have done related research on image and video coding technology. The paper sorts out these coding algorithms, and at the same time proposes that in the special context of electric power inspection, the traditional image and video coding method does not consider that the fault monitoring terminal may be a fault recognition algorithm instead of the limitation of human vision.
