摘  要：在全國(guó)新型基礎(chǔ)測(cè)繪試點(diǎn)工作全面鋪開(kāi)的背景下，文章結(jié)合工作實(shí)踐，系統(tǒng)分析基礎(chǔ)測(cè)繪的建設(shè)內(nèi)容和發(fā)展特點(diǎn)，剖析傳統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)測(cè)繪與新型基礎(chǔ)測(cè)繪的共同點(diǎn)與區(qū)別，闡述支撐新型基礎(chǔ)測(cè)繪構(gòu)建的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及思考建議。

Abstract： The national pilot work of new basic surveying and mapping system was carried out in an all-round way. Based on work practice， the construction content and development characteristics of basic surveying and mapping are analyzed. The similarities and differences between traditional basic surveying and mapping and new basic surveying and mapping are analyzed. The key technologies and suggestions the construction of new basic surveying and mapping are elaborated.
