Phenotypic diversity analysis and evaluation japonica rice germplasm resources in the region

Abstract:In order to understand and evaluate the genetic diversity level japonica rice germplasm resources in he region,and broadenthebasis geneticselection parents injaponicarice breeding,thediversityandcomprehensiveevaluation13phenotypic traits2O6japonicaricegermplasmresouces intheregionwereanalyzedinthis study.Theresultsshowedthatthecoeficientvariation13phenotypic traits 2O6 japonica ricegermplasm resources was 2.33%-23 .43 % ,and the diversity index was ,indicating that the genetic diversity japonica rice germplasmresources in the region was abundant.Thecumulativecontributionrate thefirst seven principal components 13 phenotypic traits was 86.89% ,which contained most the genetic information and represented the basic characteristics japonica ricegermplasmresources inthe Taiu region.Thesixphenotypic traits,including whole growth period duration,flag leaf length,plant height,panicle length,total grain numberperpanicleandgrain length-to-width ratio,significantlyaffected the comprehensive evaluation D value and could be used as the key indicators for the evaluation japonica rice germplasm resources in the region.The 2O6 japonica rice germplasm resourceswereclustered into three groups,and the comprehensive traits the group II were the best.
