智慧城市建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)與地區(qū)能源效率

Abstract: As an important indicator to measure the level energy utilization,energy efficiency is increasingly becoming the core issue global sustainable development goals.The smart city pilot policy comes into being in the context rapid urbanization,aiming to address various challenges brought about byurbanization,which is great significance for the impact regional energy efficiency.This paper takes 21O prefecture-level cities in from 2OO6 to 2022 as research samples,takes the first batch smart city pilots in 2Ol2 as exogenous impact,adopts the difference-difference model,combines theoretical analysis empirical research, discusses the direct impact smart city construction on regional energy efficiency the intermediary role industrial structure upgrading in this process.The research results show that the construction smart cities can not only achieve efficient use energy by promoting clean energy,intelligent energy management, optimized energy storage, but also directly improve regional energy eficiency by promoting the upgrading industrial structure.
In addition,this study also pays attention to the differences in the effect smart city construction policies in different regions, finds that the policy effect in theeastern region is significantly better than that in the central western regions,which is closely related to the economic development level industrial structure characteristics the region.This study not only enriches the theoretical research on the relationship between smart city construction regional energy eficiency,but also provides an important theoretical basis practical reference for the government to formulate regional energy management policies optimize industrial layout.
