2</sub> )排放的影響機(jī)制，對(duì)“雙碳”目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展具有重要意義。文中基于2008—2022年選取我國(guó)29個(gè)省份的面板數(shù)據(jù)，利用半?yún)?shù)空間杜賓模型探究了FDI對(duì) CO<sub>2</sub> 排放的非線性效應(yīng)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)： CO<sub>2</sub> 排放存在顯著的正向空間溢出效應(yīng)，即鄰近地區(qū)會(huì)對(duì)本地區(qū)的 CO<sub>2</sub> 排放產(chǎn)生正向溢出；FDI對(duì) CO<sub>2</sub> 排放的影響存在非線性特征，二者呈現(xiàn)出抑制-促進(jìn)-抑制的倒“N”型曲線關(guān)系；FDI對(duì)三大區(qū)域 CO<sub>2</sub> 排放均產(chǎn)生先抑制后促進(jìn)再抑制的非線性效應(yīng)，這種效應(yīng)在東、中部地區(qū)較為明顯，在西部地區(qū)則表現(xiàn)微弱。建立健全區(qū)域聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制，充分利用 CO<sub>2</sub> 排放的空間溢出效應(yīng)；政府應(yīng)大力吸引外資，優(yōu)化營(yíng)商環(huán)境，兼顧“開發(fā)”和“綠色”發(fā)展目標(biāo)，使FDI對(duì) CO<sub>2</sub> 排放的影響盡快進(jìn)入倒“N”型曲線最后階段;因地制宜，探索符合東中西部發(fā)展實(shí)際情況的低碳發(fā)展模式。-龍?jiān)雌诳W(wǎng)" />

Abstract： As an important engine of China’ s economic growth，the study of the impact mechanism of foreign direct investment（FDI） on carbon dioxide（ CO2 ）emissions is of great significance to the realization of the“double carbon” goal and the high-quality development of the economy.Based on the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2OO8 to 2O22，this paper explores the nonlinear effect of FDI on CO 2 emissions using the Semiparametric Spatial Durbin Model.The results show that： There is a significant positive spatial spillover effect of CO2 emissions，that is，the neighboring region will produce positive spillover of CO2 emissions in the local region. The influence of FDI on CO 2 emissions is non-linear， showing an inverse“N”curve relationship of inhibition - promotion - inhibition.Although FDI exerts nonlinear effects on CO 2 emissions in the three regions，such effects are more obvious in the eastern and central regions， while weak in the western regions. Based on this，the following suggestions are put forward： Establish a sound regional linkage mechanism to make full use of the spatial spillover effct of （2號(hào) CO2 emissions.The government should vigorously atract foreign investment，optimize the business environment，and take into account both “open” and“green” development goals，so that the impact of FDI on CO2 emissions will enter the final stage of the inverted “N” curve as soon as possible;（3） Explore low-carbon development models in line with the actual development of the eastern，central and western regions in light of local conditions.
