Abstract: The dual-credit policy,as a strong driving force for the transformation and upgrading of China' s automobile industry and the development of new energy vehicles,is a core policy with far-reaching significance and significant impact. In order to deeply analyze how traditional energy automobile enterprises respond to the challnges brought by the dual-credit policy and adjust their production and pricing strategies accordingly,this paper constructs an optimal decision-making model of strategy-free,enterprise-related, production-oriented R&D,and enterprise transformation strategy,and combines the requirements of the existing policy and the data of “2O23 Passenger Vehicle Enterprises Average Fuel Consumption and New Energy Vehicle Integral Situation”with the use of the inverse induction method and simulation to explore the impact and mechanism of the dual-credit policy on the production and pricing strategies of traditional energy automobile enterprises.The results show that the dual-credit policy can effectively reduce the production of fuel vehicles and increase the production of new energy vehicles;that the dual-credit policy can increase the selling price of fuel vehicles and reduce the selling price of new energy vehicles; the brand influence and consumer skepticism index of the enterprises will have an impact on the strategy choice of the enterprises,and that it is not the optimal production strategyfor enterprises with low brand influence or high consumer skepticism index to blindly put into production of new energy vehicles.Therefore, when traditional energy vehicle enterprises formulate production pricing strategies,they should always pay attention to policy requirements,closely track changes in market dynamics,and at the same time thoroughly examine their own actual situation, so as to ultimately realize the sound development and sustainable prosperity of the enterprise.
