浸種催芽模式對(duì)水培花生芽胚根發(fā)育及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化生產(chǎn)的影響

摘要:為了探索水培花生芽最適宜胚根發(fā)育的浸種催芽條件,設(shè)置不同梯度的溫度、浸種時(shí)間和催芽時(shí)間組合,對(duì)花生種子進(jìn)行培養(yǎng),統(tǒng)計(jì)胚根發(fā)育情況。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)溫度設(shè)置在25~27 ℃,浸種時(shí)間為3~4 h,催芽32~36 h時(shí),花生芽胚根發(fā)育較好,最適宜花生芽上穴盤生長(zhǎng),收獲的花生芽商品率最高。

Abstract: In order to explore the most suitable soaking and germination conditions for the development of embryonic roots in hydroponic peanut sprouts, different gradients of temperature, soaking time and germination time combinations were set, peanut seeds were cultured, and the development of embryonic roots was recorded. The results showed that when the temperature was set at 25~27 ℃, the soaking time was 3~4 hours, and the germination was accelerated for 32~36 hours, the development of peanut bud and embryonic roots was better, and it was most suitable for peanut bud growth on the plug tray, resulting in the highest yield of harvested peanut buds.
