——以辛亥革命博物館入口浮雕《共和之基》為例

On the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China， the construction of revolutionary museums in various places is in full swing. Decorative relief， as a common form in the Revolutionary Museum， has distinct decorative and symbolic properties. It has been paid more and more attention in the design of exhibition items. How to understand the information expressed in the language symbols contained in it is the key to improving the efficiency of display information transmission. By studying the related theories of semiotics， museums and decorative reliefs， and combining the entrance relief "The Foundation of the Republic" of Wuhan Museum of the Revolution of 1911 as a case， this article uses semiotic methods to interpret the communication mechanism of language signs in this relief， hoping for the future The decorative relief design of the museum provides a theoretical reference.
