The Zhou Yi is the beginning of traditional Chinese design thinking. As the first of the six scriptures， not only do the trigrams in the Zhou Yi reflect ancient Chinese design techniques， but also the thinking and concepts in the book， such as the creation of objects and Taoist tools， are related to the philosophical interpretation of design theory， which has deeply influenced traditional handicraft design in China and brought much enlightenment to Chinese design thinking at this stage.
