In the process of historical building protection， blend between the new and old buildings is one of the favorable ways to reuse historical buildings. However， artistic value of the new and old buildings lies in not only the artistic creation of the buildings themselves， but also artistry of blend between the new and old buildings， which are also an important influencing factor for artistic value of the new and old buildings.
