Abstract:Thedurabilityofslagflyash geological polymerneeds tobeimproved indealing withcomplexenvironmentssuchas carbonization,frezingandthawingcycleandchlorideionpenetration.Therefore,thedurabilitypropertiesofslagflyashis proposed.Byanalyzingtheratioofraw materialofslagflyashbase polymer,the blastfurnace slagand kaolinadded to thefly ashacordingtodiferentproporions,studytheinfluenceofdiferentatioofthe materialdurability,preparegeologicalpolyer samples,respectivelyforflyash,blast furnace slag enhancedandkaolinoptimization,andthecompressiveperformancetest andfreeze-thawcycle test,comprehensivelyevaluate thechangeof materialdurabilityovertime.Theresultsshowthat compared with the test results of fly ash and blast furnace slag, the hump of XRD appeared in ,and the number of sharpdiffrctionpeaksincreased.Aftertherepeatedfreee-thawcycles,theappearanceof theoptimized kaolin was minimized,the weight loss rate ( 1 . 0 % ) )and the mechanical performance retention rate ( 82 % )are higher than other ratios, showingtheoptimaldurabilityperformanceandprovidingthebasisfortheratiooptimizationofsuch materialsinpractical engineering.
