改性低活性粉煤灰替代水泥膠結(jié)地下尾砂的研究

Abstract:Flyashisoftenusedasanadmixtureincementorconcrete,butlow-calciumflyashisunderutiliseddueto itslow activity.Low-calciumflyash wasmodifiedbymechanicalandchemicalcombinationmethodstostudytheefectonthe compresive strengthof themodifiedflyashafterreplacing partof theundergroundfllingcement.Theresultsshowthat:when theflyasisactivated,replacingpartoftecementcansigficantlyimproveitscompresivestrength;withteamountofflyash substitution increased from 2 1 . 5 % to 4 6 . 3 % ,thecompressive strength of the specimens of the modified low activity fly ash substitutioncementcementcementiousmaterialsgraduallyincreased,andthemaximumcompressivestrength wasachievedat the substitution of 2 8 . 2 % ;when the amount of cement substitution was 2 8 . 2 % ,and the ratio of glue and sand was 1 : 4 ,the compressive strength reached ,which is the same as that of cement cementitious end sands under the same conditions. It is1.56timesofthecompresivestrengthofcementcementedsandunderthesameconditions.Aftercalculatingthecost,it can be seen that fly ash replaces 2 8 . 2 % of the cement dosage and saves 2 8 . 7 % of the cost,which has good economic benefits.
