AbstractObjective:ToexplorethemechanismsofGinseng-PoriamedicinalcombinationforthetreatmentofAlzheimersdisease(AD) Basedonetworkpharmacologyandmoleculardockingtechnology.Methods:TheactivecomponentsofGinseng-Poriamedicinal combinationwerepredictedandscreenedundertheconditionsoforalbioavalabilty(OB)anddrug-ikenessDL)usingtheTradional ChineseMedicineSystemPharmacologyTechnologyPlatform(TCMSP)TheactiontargetsrelatedtothetreatmentofADwerecolected throughtheGeneCardsdatabase.Thecomponent-targetandtarget-proteininteractionnetworkdiagramswereconstructedusingthe DAVIDdatabaseandCytoscape3.8.2software.Thetarget geneswereanalyzedforgeneontology(GO)functional enrichmentanalysis andKyotoEncyclopediaofGenesandGenomes(KEGG)pathwayenrichmentanalysis,andthecorecomponentsandcoretargetsinthe pharmacologicalnetworkweresubjectedtomoleculardocking.Results:TheactivecomponentsinGinseng-Poriamedicinal combinationwere analyzed using the TCMSP database,mainly including kaempferol, β -sitosterol,andstigmasterol.Itactedon76 targets related to AD,including tumor necrosis factor(TNF),peroxisome proliferative activity receptor γ(PPARG) ,interleukin-1 β(IL-1β), nitric oxide synthase3(N3)ndUrotoogeneJ),tough9teuroactiveligandreceptorinteractioathayaciiaing pathwayolingicsasendopamiegicaps.Itartiipatedin5icalpocsssidingoliegictic energytrasssrupscetyliadepsditolplatioetinti efect.Theresultsofmoleculardockingshowedthatthemainactiveingredientsscreenedwithbeterbindingactityandtheportant targets.Conclusion:Ginseng-PoriamedicinalcombinationfortreatingADshowedthecharactersticsofultiplecomponentstple pathways,and multiple targets.
