An Analysis of Challenges Faced by Digital Supervision in Practical Application

Abstract：“DataIronCage”isasupervisoryandrestrainingmodelthatutilizesdigitalinformationtechologyandbigdataresourcesto record，tracendpiselytrolallspts，ocsdeetsfvetdstatieowrinpeidll encompassingmaner.Ithassignfcantimplicationsforpromotinggovernmentefcency，transparencyanddemocracyHoweverinthe processofapplicationeatioalityndbureaucaticcaracteristsofthe“IronCage”meanism，sllasthesupportofoebig datatecholog，havegraduallshowalmitationandrestraintontheautonomyofsubjectsandhumanfreedom，resemblingacageatrestricsindividuals.ThroughananalysisofGuizhouProvince，thepionrofChina’s“DataIronCage"，itwasfoundthatexcesivelystrict digital supervisionwouldbringaboutlowautonomy，resistance，foralismandechnocraticdependenc，amongotherimpactsondividualsandorganzatios.Theaineasonsfortisareslowtransformationoftnking，insuffcientprofessoalabilityncosistentdata standards，rigidokpocess，ndglectofuansubectiveiiiatie.Itisucialtosftdses，ultiatecapabiliiablsh standards，adjustprocesss，ndphsiemanzatiotetivelyddresstallngesfcdinectualalicatioof“ataon Cage"，optimize governance models and mechanisms，andenhance the level of goverment governance inthe digital era.
