Abstract： This article aims to explore the maintenance methods and cost analysis of metrological calibration instruments. Firstly， the maintenance methods of metrological calibration instruments are elaborated in detail， including daily maintenance， regular maintenance， troubleshooting， etc. Secondly， it provides an in-depth analysis of the maintenance costs of metrological calibration instruments， including labor costs， material costs， time costs， etc. Finally， it summarizes the key measures to improve the maintenance efficiency and reduce maintenance costs of metrological calibration instruments， in order to provide references for relevant industries.
