注射用頭孢美唑鈉輸液配伍相容性研究

【摘要】目的：對注射用頭孢美唑鈉進(jìn)行輸液配伍相容性研究。方法：HPLC法，梯度洗脫。結(jié)果：按照說明書進(jìn)行配伍，24 h后進(jìn)行考察，有關(guān)物質(zhì)有所增長，其他項(xiàng)目無明顯變化。結(jié)論：本次配伍穩(wěn)定性選擇近效期樣品進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，自制制劑和參比制劑各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)變化趨勢及變化量基本一致。

Study on Compatibility of Cefmetazole Sodium Infusion for Injection

Abstract： Objective： To study the compatibility of infusion of cefmetazole sodium for injection. Methods： HPLC method and gradient elution are used. Results： After the compatibility according to the instructions， after 24 h investigation， the related substances have increased， and other items have no obvious change. Conclusion： The compatibility stability samples are selected for the test， and the trend and amount of changes in the indexes of the self-made preparation and the reference preparation are basically the same.
