【摘要】文章首先概述了氣質聯(lián)用法的概念與技術優(yōu)勢，然后以實驗方式驗證了氣質聯(lián)用法在柑橘類水果農殘檢測中的作用，最后總結了氣質聯(lián)用法用于農產品農殘檢測的要點，希望可以更好地普及該檢測方法，全面保障食品安全。

Experimental Analysis of Pesticide Residue Detection in Agricultural Products Based on Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

Abstract： The article first outlines the concept and technical advantages of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS）， then demonstrates the role of GC-MS in the detection of pesticide residues in citrus fruits through experimental methods， and finally summarizes the key points of using GC-MS for the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products. It is hoped that the dection method can be better popularized to ensure food safety in all-round way.

近年來，關于農產品農殘超標導致食物中毒或誘發(fā)新型疾病的報道層出不窮，加強農產品的農殘檢測成為確保食品安全的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。（剩余4527字）
