新醫(yī)改背景下公立醫(yī)院行政管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化路徑分析

【摘要】本文分析建立醫(yī)院行政管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化體系的意義，結(jié)合我國(guó)醫(yī)院行政管理工作現(xiàn)狀，提出了醫(yī)院行政管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化路徑的方向。通過(guò)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理提升醫(yī)院整體服務(wù)能力，改善患者就醫(yī)體驗(yàn)。同時(shí)以信息化為基礎(chǔ)，提供行政管理工作效能，促進(jìn)醫(yī)院管理水平提升。

Analysis of the Standardized Path of Public Hospital Administration Under the Background of the New Medical Reform

Abstract：This paper analyzes the significance of establishing the standardization system of hospital administration and puts forward the direction of the standardization path of hospital administration based on the current situation of hospital administration in China. Improve the overall service capacity of the hospital and improve the medical experience of patients through standardized management. At the same time，based on information technology，it will provide administrative efficiency and promote hospital management.

現(xiàn)階段，隨著我國(guó)醫(yī)療體制改革的全面深化，在新醫(yī)改背景下，對(duì)公立醫(yī)院內(nèi)部管理的創(chuàng)新和改革提出了相應(yīng)要求，對(duì)醫(yī)院行政管理工作也提出了較為嚴(yán)格的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。（剩余4195字）
