淺析美國波多里奇國家質(zhì)量獎評價準(zhǔn)則變化

【摘要】本文從分析美國波多里奇國家質(zhì)量獎評價準(zhǔn)則變化出發(fā)，簡要介紹了中美國家質(zhì)量獎情況，剖析了2023—2024版波多里奇卓越框架主要變化內(nèi)容，從框架結(jié)構(gòu)、條款分值設(shè)置兩方面對中美兩國質(zhì)量獎評價準(zhǔn)則進(jìn)行了對比分析，以期為中國質(zhì)量獎評價準(zhǔn)則修訂提供參考。

Analysis on the Change of Evaluation Criteria of Baldrige National Quality Award

Abstract：Starting from the analysis of the changes in the evaluation criteria of the Baldrige National Quality Award in the United States，this paper briefly introduces the situation of the National Quality Award in China and the United States，analyzes the main changes of the Baldrige Excellence Framework in 2023-2024，and compares the evaluation criteria of the Baldrige National Quality Award in China and the United States from the framework structure and the setting of the clause score，with a view to providing a reference for the revision of the evaluation criteria of the China QualityAward.

1.1美國波多里奇國家質(zhì)量獎

1987年，美國制定《質(zhì)量振興法案》，創(chuàng)建了波多里奇國家質(zhì)量獎，目的在于提升質(zhì)量管理意識，表彰在質(zhì)量和績效方面取得顯著成績的組織，以增強(qiáng)國民對作為競爭優(yōu)勢的質(zhì)量和卓越績效重要性的意識。（剩余4639字）
