物業(yè)企業(yè)應急物資儲備標準化研究

【摘要】本文分別從基礎標準化管理、消防標準化管理、防汛標準化管理等方面對物業(yè)企業(yè)應急物資儲備標準化管理展開分析，并且結合了部分省市已出臺的相關地方標準內容，以期為物業(yè)企業(yè)應急物資儲備管理提供參考思路。

Research on the Standardization of Emergency Material Reserve for Property Management Enterprises

Abstract：This paper analyzes the standardized management of emergency material reserve in property enterprises from the aspects of basic standardized management，fire-fighting standardized management and flood control standardized management，and combines the contents of relevant local standards issued by some provinces and cities in order to provide reference ideas for emergency material reserve management in property enterprises.
