淺談狹小肥槽內(nèi)外墻模板與肥槽回填施工

【摘要】筆者參建的某工程中，基坑肥槽寬度僅為1 m，刨除護坡樁鋼梁、錨具、鋼絲頭等實際操作空間僅剩0.6 m，操作難度較大，本文提出的地下室外墻模板單邊立模加固以及肥槽回填方法是在本工程的實踐基礎上總結(jié)出來的，并提出了相應的質(zhì)量控制措施和安全控制措施，以指導今后同類工程施工。

Discussion on the Construction of Internal and External Wall Formwork and Fertilizer Tank Backfill in Narrow Fertilizer Tank

Abstract：In a project that the author participated in，the width of the fat trough in the foundation pit is only 1 m，and the actual operation space is only 0.6 m except the steel beam，anchorage and steel wire head of the slope protection pile，which is difficult to operate. The methods of unilateral formwork reinforcement and backfilling of the fat trough for the basement exterior wall formwork proposed in this paper are summarized on the basis of the practice of this project，and the corresponding quality control measures and safety control measures are put forward，so as to guide the construction of similar projects in the future.

1概述

狹小肥槽內(nèi)地下室外墻模板與肥槽回填施工，是采用通過預先等距焊接有燕尾卡的雙腳手管焊到外側(cè)鋼板模上，然后進行吊裝，再配合對拉螺栓、緊固螺栓將鋼模板與內(nèi)側(cè)木模板進行固定，可實現(xiàn)單邊操作，降低立模難度，提高立模效率；同時由于肥槽空間狹小，若采用土方進行回填，則會存在夯實機械無法進入工作面，若使用小型機械或人工夯實，則會降低回填施工效率，所以本工程采用固廢混凝土進行肥槽回填，可以解決上述問題。（剩余3643字）
