Abstract:To study theefectof pre-deformation onmartensitictransformationand microstructuralevolution in transformationinduced plasticity(TRIP)stels,andtoivestigate theformingablityofTRIPsteels,theTRIP590stelplate was selected as the testingmaterial,and pre-stretching in the range of 0~0.12 was applied on two sizes of specimens(standard specimenand wide specimen).Tensile testing and microstructure observation wereconductedonthe pre-stretched specimens. The efectof pre-stretching on the anisotropy and bulging propertiesof wide specimens wasanalyzed.The results show that pre-stretchingcausesacertaindegreeofmartensitictransformationinTRIPsteel,andalargerprestretching producesmore dislocations,bringing inincreaseinmaterialstrengthanddecreaseinplasticity;Thehighestproductof strengthandelongation is obtained at pre-stretchofO.O2;Thelargerpre-stretchalsohasanefectonmaterialanisotropy,and elongationof the 90° oriented specimenisaliter higher;the peak loadandcuppingvalue gradualldecrease with increaseof pre-stretch.Moderate pre-stretching canimprove theoverallperformanceof the TRIPsteel,whileexcesivepre-stretchingreducesitsformability, which provides reference for structure design and formability of TRIP.
