n</sub> 含量過高導致的第二相粒子不易回溶的問題,采用金相顯微鏡(optical microscope,OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(scanning electron microscope,SEM)、維氏硬度計和室溫拉伸實驗,研究了不同雙級固溶工藝對高 Zn 含量 Al-Zn-Mg-Cu 合金固溶淬火態(tài)和T6峰時效態(tài)微觀組織和力學性能的影響。結果表明:隨著第一級固溶溫度的升高,合金強度硬度升高,材料綜合力學性能提高;延伸率隨第一級固溶溫度的升高先上升后下降,拉伸斷口均呈現韌性斷裂;合金經 460<sup>°</sup>C/1h+475<sup>°</sup>C/2h 雙級固溶-淬火處理后抗拉強度、屈服強度和延伸率分別為 580.5MPa,465.3MPa 和 13.6% ,綜合力學性能較好。通過調整雙級固溶處理過程中第一級處理的溫度可以改善高 Zn 含量鋁合金材料的綜合性能,為提升鋁合金材料熱處理工藝提供了理論參考。-龍源期刊網" />

Abstract:Inordertosolve the problemofdificult dissolutionof second phaseparticlescaused byexcessve high Zncontent duringthe traditional heat treatment of Al- Zn-Mg-Cu alloy,the effects of different two-stage solid solution processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of theas-quenchedand T6aged Al-Zn-Mg-Cualloy with high Zn content were investigated by using optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),Vickers hardness tester and tensile testingunder room temperature.Theresultsshow that withthe increaseof the first-stage solid solution temperature,the strengthandhardnessof thealloyincrease,and theoverallmechanicalpropertiesofthematerialsimprove.Theelongationrate of thealloy increasesfirstlyandthendecreases withtheincreaseof thefirst-stagesolid solution temperature,andthetensile fractureshows toughnessfracture.Afterthealoysubjecting toatwo-step solution heat treatmentandquenching processat 460°C for 1h and then at 475°° for 2h ,thetensile strength,yield strength and elongation of the alloyare 580.5MPa , 465.3MPa and 13.6% ,respectively,indicating good comprehensive mechanical properties. The modulation of the temperature within the first stageof the two-stage solution treatment processisconducivetotheamelioration of the comprehensiveperformanceofaluminumaloymaterialswithahigh Zncontent.Itcanprovide theoreticalreference for improving the heat treatment process of aluminum alloy materials.
