濟南軌道交通4號線燕山立交橋東站—漿水泉路站盾構(gòu)滾刀選型及保養(yǎng)方法

摘  要：該文對濟南城市軌道交通4號線一期工程燕山立交橋東站—漿水泉路站區(qū)間不良地質(zhì)因素對刀具運用的問題進行分析。通過對不良地質(zhì)分析、盾構(gòu)滾刀破巖工作原理、滾刀性能需求、滾刀設(shè)計配置及應用策略進行分析，提出盾構(gòu)滾刀減少損壞的措施及日常保養(yǎng)方法。

Abstract： In response to the adverse geological factors affecting the use of cutting tools in the section between Yanshan Overpass East Station and Zhushuiquan Road Station of Jinan Urban Rail Transit Line 4 Phase I Project， this paper analyzes the adverse geological factors， rock breaking working principle of shield tunneling cutters， performance requirements of cutters， design configuration and application strategies， and then proposes measures to reduce damage to shield tunneling cutters and daily maintenance methods.
