摘  要：該文主要介紹沙潁河阜陽閘下錨地清淤工程的設(shè)計與實施過程。通過本次航道養(yǎng)護工程，可有效改善沙潁河航道船舶航行及靠泊條件，對于充分發(fā)揮沙潁河航道水運功能、促進航道沿線地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有重要作用。

Abstract： This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation process of the dredging project of Anchorage under Fuyang Sluice of Shaying River. Through this waterway maintenance project， the navigation and berthing conditions of ships in the Shaying River channel have been effectively improved， which plays an important role in giving full play to the water transportation function of the Shaying River channel and promoting the economic development of the areas along the channel.
